Jason Mikolowski
ManagerJason was born in Philadelphia and at the age of four moved to the Northern Virginia. He attended school in Sterling since kindergarten and has enjoyed watching NOVA grow over the past 23 years. Jason began working in the automotive industry nearly 11 years ago and during that time has become both an ASE certified automotive technician and service advisor. Jason joined the Virginia Tire & Auto team in 2011 as a sales associate and has moved up the ranks over the past three years.
Larry Nagi
General ManagerLarry has been in the automotive world for 45 years, starting with his first job back in 1971 at his family’s gas station and auto repair business. Prior to joining Virginia Tire & Auto in 2004, he owned his own auto parts distributor and worked as a regional manager for AutoZone. Larry began his Virginia Tire & Auto career as a sales associate and was previously a store manager before taking on his current role of general manager, where he helps oversee five Virginia Tire & Auto locations. He enjoys playing golf with his wife and working on projects around his home.
